    RayCasting

    Hello. We are trying to figure out how to do a Raycast from the camera, in order for a user to look at a mesh and be able to modify it. For example if we want a wall mesh to change into a heart mesh, we would want the user to look at the wall and it will change it to a heart mesh. How are you able to create this functionality?

Hello everyone, I am trying to export a scene as a babylonjs file; and I keep getting this error: ERROR: self.backFaceCulling &= material.game_settings.use_backface_culling ERROR: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'game_settings'. I have unchecked culling for the mesh but it still shows the error. How would you go about this? Thank you for your time.
  4. Hello. What is the best way to create a way to interact with object while looking at a object with the camera's z axis. For example, we want to change a chair mesh to another mesh, when we look at the chair the user should be able to see the new mesh that we decide to replace it with.

    Thank you for your response. It does work when you click on something, but how can you do it when you just move the mouse on top of a mesh without clicking. I tried POINTERMOVE, but I just get null for most things.

    Hello, I have been trying to use the .RayHelper constructor, but I keep getting an error saying that the RayHelper is not a constructor. I suspect that I am missing files. The ones that I have in my index.html are: - babylon.custom.js - babylon.objFileLoader.js - babylon.objFileLoader.min.js - hand.minified-1.2.js - Oimo.js How can I fix this error?
