    Hi Nate.

Once you got 10 posts you will have access to sponsor forum which contains many sponsors around the globe and many distribution channels. Just post 9 more quality posts and you will see it.

A lot of bugs and the game lacks finishing touches like splash screens etc. Good idea but you will need to fix all the bugs!

Its better to get 10% from $1 Million, than 100% from $100.
Who cares what is the %? Its all about traffic and how much you can make through it on the end. If website have 10K views a month will you be happy to have 50% through them? Not likely since you will probably not make any money anyways.

HTML5 games by itself dont spread that good. But if you put on Google Play, Itunes or Facebook then the same rules applies as to native rules about spreading.

    - The menu buttons could be jazzed up a bit, they don't have any animations!
    - It also wasn't immediately obvious what the ghost did. At first I thought it gave my a big boost upward (because that's what happened). So I kept trying to hit it until I died.
    - The game definitely needs a tutorial.
    - I was hit by a sword and jumped out of the map even though I had a heart left

Some tiles melt into the background. Perhaps there is a need to make the background a bit lighter.

    It looks really good.

Can you provide more details about publishing games:

    1) Do you offer monetization or allow developers to use their own ads?
    2) Do you need api?
    3) Whats the publicity regular game can receive in a month (I am not talking about maximum, but average)?
    4) Do you keep buying exclusive and non-exclusive content?
    5) On desktop Chrome I tried to open a game from your sig and it didnt worked - just rotating squares shows up.

    Thanks and good luck!

@TV, first congrats on your new monthly record! But, Ozdy has a point, you come and say that you make lots of money on html5 games, you give lots of details on your new coffee machine but you do not answer the real questions like what is the split between your exclusive/non exclusive licences, or what percentage of the $20k is due to contract work. It's very nice of you to come and show off your success but if you don't give details, i don't see the point. Maybe you should take example from the gamasutra post mortem.

Probably I can sell a lot of non exclusives and get $20k in total, but $8k+ for exclusive is unlikely.

Funkyy reacted to OkijinGames in [ARTICLE] How to make up to 30,000 USD from a HTML5 game
To give some insights, the HTML5 version of Zombies Can't Jump was only sold non-exclusively to publishers and grossed a little over $26,000 from HTML5 in this first year including licenses, revenue share and re-skin (does not include sales and rev share deals on native stores). I remember hesitating as to whether I should accept to sell an exclusive license but I am happy I did not because the prices publishers offered at that time were much much lower than this figure.

On the other hand what should be accounted for is the overhead when dealing with many publishers and networks (code, packaging, customizations, contract negotiation and so on) - so this should be accounted for when comparing the actual net of selling non-exclusives over selling one exclusive.

If exclusive prices remain in the range of what was offered for Zombies Can't Jump then it would seem it is more profitable to take the overhead and sell non-exclusives but if publishers are willing to pay within the price range mentioned in the article for exclusive content then the whole thing of selling exclusive starts making sense... just my opinion however

Funkyy got a reaction from clark in Buying html5 dress-up games - checklists/budget
    Sebastian, its large generalization.

I have done few dress ups and I can say they are annoying coding wise if you want something unique.
Aligning all clothes, issues with performance - its really pain.
Once you figure out template its easier but pretty costly for designs.

But again - if you want some low quality click driving dress up then you can make one code wise within 1 day. But if you want something really good, it will take longer.

I have heard from some sources that Exclusive license for them cost from $1K to $2K up to much more for unique and quality project.
