  1. Hi, I am trying to import an animated character from mixamo.com but without success. I am a developer, not a 3D Designer so I don't really understand what happening ^^ I go on mixamo.com, select a character and an animation (walking) I check "in place" animation", export with ".dae" extension, 24 frames/s, uniform key frames reduction, with skin, and finally download the the character (zip), I import the .dae in Blender, then export it with the BabylonJS exporter I go an error in log : can't export because of armature I read I just have to ctrl+A in Blender then scale => indeed, after that, the export is working, but it breaks the animation If I continue, load the .babylon in babylon I see the character loaded, with textures But... animation make absurd things, the character is not "moving in place" but totally go away It is not a direct Babylon problem : the problem is this "ctrl +A > scale" that breaks the animation. My question is simple : after imported the .dae in Blender, what I have to do to export it correctly, with animation, in .babylon format ? My goal is just to load ANY animated character in BabylonJS, ideally, a character moving, jumping, and crouching. That could be another question : how to get many animations from mixamo in a single export ? I understood we then just have to select frame index and play the good animation. So, loading few times the same character for different animation seems not very smart ^^ Thank you for your help
  2. Mixamo Auto-Rigged Characters ALWAYS deform when animating. This does NOT MATTER if it is a Mixamo generated animation or key-framed from modeling software like Maya... But BabylonJS DOES NOT like the mixamo Auto-Rigged characters ... If i Re-Rig the character manually it works fine. Can anybody tell the Rhyme or Reason as to why mixamo auto-rigged characters deform funny like spaghetti when animated... My only guess is Babylon Js DOES not like the Skin Job mixamo does during the auto-rig process... We really should get that fixed/working since mixamo is the DEFACTO online-auto rigger out there @Deltakosh of @Sebavan ... Care to give you two cents here
  3. This issue is littile complicate or i am totally doing some thing wrong . i have downloaded one sample animation from mixamo as bvh and i have also followed all the steps over here Animation works well . But i needed some tweak in hand position and some leg movement ..i did them in blender and blender plays well after that i again exported the animation and just everything doomed . dont know what i am doing wrong . tried with other animation from mixamo works well , but if a single frame edited by blender everything distorting mixamodownloaded.blend with_extra_anim.blend
  4. Hello, I have a character that was rigged using mixamo's auto-rigger (25 bones). The animation works fine in blender (2.72b) but when I export the babylon file and bring into the sandbox I can see the character but he doesn't move. Attached babylon files. Thanks! carl_walk.babylon.zip
