  1. Hello, this is the first time I am writing a question. I use a translator for this. Created a simple container with several internal graphics objects. Everything is fine on most monitors, but it's bad on older monitors and mobile devices. Artifacts appear. How to fix it? Code for creating graphics: if (element.inner_un > 0) { const heightUnit = heightContainer / element.inner_un element.customProps = { ...element.customProps, heightUnit: heightUnit } let lineCoordY = element.customProps.coordY for (let i = 0; i < element.inner_un; i++) { //creating graphics for the line const lineGraphics = new PIXI.Graphics(); //Outline of the container lineGraphics.lineStyle(1, "#000000"); //Drawing this container lineGraphics.drawRect(element.customProps.coordX, lineCoordY, widthContainer, 0); elementWardrobe.addChild(lineGraphics) lineCoordY += heightUnit } //drawing lines in units if (element.div_h > 1) { const div_hElement = heightUnit / element.div_h let lineCoordY = element.customProps.coordY for (let i = 0; i <= element.inner_un * element.div_h; i++) { //creating graphics for the line const lineGraphics = new PIXI.Graphics(); //Outline of the container lineGraphics.lineStyle(1, "#000000"); //Drawing this container lineGraphics.drawRect(element.customProps.coordX, lineCoordY, widthContainer, 0); elementWardrobe.addChild(lineGraphics) lineCoordY += div_hElement } } }

I can not see the reason, seems like a bug? Thanks in advance for any help!

  4. Hello, I am a student making a personal portfolio website. I was wondering if anyone knows how the the header animation on the pixijs website was made, I want to add something similar to my website. I am referring to the one in the header with the clouds in front of the nebula and the alpha filter following the mouse. I have some experience using PIXI js, Ive made a few small games before. Thanks.
  5. Hello friends, I'm totally new to Pixi.js and canvas in general. I'm trying to develop my favorite board game Patchwork, where I have a scrollable container with patches from which player can select one. Above the canvas I have two buttons for controlling the scrolling direction. Each time player clicks on one of these buttons, the x coordinate of the container updates. I was wondering if there is any 'best practice' way to implement infinite scrolling of the container (such as creating an infinite image gallery)? I have a few ideas, but I wan't to hear other opinions before I really dive into implementing the solution to this problem. Here are some screenshots for reference: Thank you in advance!
  6. I am developing a unique but really simple puzzle game that consist in just put all the players (astronauts) in the goal squares at the same time. Rules: All astronauts move at once. NOTE: Only puzzle games lovers would enjoy this game, so if you aren't, you can skip seeing it:). Some levels could be really challenging. Here it is: https://llpujol.itch.io/puzzle-astronauts Comments & improve suggestions are welcomed:), Hope someone could enjoy it:)
  7. I want to use Browserify with Pixi.js v5, because I want to create a lot of examples for learning and I do not want to use Webpack (Gulp, Grant and so on) because they require a lot of disk space on my laptop. I use TypeScript too. Could you give me a simple project in the archive with a few TypeScript files that allows me to create a bundle for Browser? EDITED: This problem is solved. The solution is in this message
  8. Hi, my game is supposed to have support for canvas, and so I added the pixijs-legacy when we upgraded to 5.0.4. However, it seems it won't recognize the fallback support and I still get this error. I can see the pixi-js legacy being loaded, though. I'm not too familiar with the whole workflow yet, so I'm finding it hard to figure out. Do you guys hav e any idea how to fix it? Thank you so much,
