How much performance/memory/network efficiency is important in your games

Hi html5 game developers. I would like to find out how significant you care of performance/memory usage/network issues in your games and how you are solving such kind of problem.

Below is a list of questions, please don’t interpret below items as questionnaire, but rather items which I would like to have a discussion around.

  • How often do you have performance/memory issues?
  • What affects your projects more – performance/memory/network/other issues?
  • Are you using profiling tools for solving such kind of problems and how often? Which tools do you use?
  • The tools you are using, are they enough or some of your issues cannot be resolved using existing tools? Would like to see new tools for helping analysis?
  • Are you care of mobile and what is the development model? Do you develop any special for mobile only or rather just migrate/reuse projects from the desktop platforms?

Couple words about me. I am developing a profiling tools for the Intel XDK and is interesting what is the most important issues which HTML5 developers have currently and cannot resolve using current tools. I would not like to be limited by the mobile platforms and would like to have the free discussion about issues you have.
