Arcade like behavior using Box2d

I'm completely new with Phaser, so please bear with me :)

 

Is is possible to achieve similar ball bouncing behavior with Box2d as with Arcade physics? Why? Because I'd like to have arcade physics but use more complicated elements for collision than what I can achieve with plain Phaser (think sine curve type of structures, the bridge demo seems to be quite similar to what I want + arcade physics).
