IndexedDb For BabylonJs

Babylon 2.1 does use indexedDB to cache textures and other assets, it is done automatically when a scene's manifest has the offline mode set to true. the code is here - https://github.com/BabylonJS/Babylon.js/blob/master/src/Tools/babylon.database.ts

To index created meshes, you will need to either implement it yourself or use the plugin I created, which caches meshes.
