2D Vector CAD HTML Application

Dear all,

for an online shop I want to implement 2D vector CAD functionality. There are 2 options:

- Customer can upload a DWG/DXF file: the application will export the total length of all the vector and counts how many cuts there are (the outer contour is one, each hole or bore is one) to the online shop. The application also checks if the minimum bore size in the drawing is not smaller than required. The file will be submitted to the online shop too, because it is part of the order.

- Customer can create a 2D CAD file online: the application allows drawing a 2D CAD graphic. This is limited to a graphic that shows the lines where the material shall be cut. The application will export the total length of all the vector and counts how many cuts there are (the outer contour is one, each hole or bore is one) to the online shop. Moreover shall the customer have the option to download the graphic as dwg/dxf file. The file will be submitted to the online shop too, because it is part of the order.

Is there anything out there that could be used for this purpose? I bet there are 2D CAD tools but I cannot find any. There is www.html5cad.org/ but the page doesn't work.
