engine._canRenderToTextureOfType errors

Hello,

I double check and basically this error indicates us we can not use render to full float texture.

Due to issue for browsers to report this capabilities, we need to manually probe and unfortunately it generates a warning when it fails... but we record this in the BJS caps so all the code after can deal with it nicely. It also use a separate context to ensure not using a broken one later in the code.
