[Please Help] Black Screen Issue

I can't understand why this is happening so please help me out.

For some reason when i run this program at my home PC it will load a black screen. When I load the exact same files on a PC at my University it will run normally from using those exact files where it DID NOT work at my home PC.

If anyone could shed some light into why this error is there and give a fix it would be great.

Error: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'x' of undefined(…)

I downloaded phaser-arcade-slopes.min.js from github again and after doing that, there is no error for me in your code. You could use the non-minified versions while you are developing.
