Issue playig audio in cache

I am very new to Phaser and I was handed a project to update / finished from a past coworker. The project had a few changes since its was first built. Extra characters and audio was added to the project.

My issue is for some reason Phaser is not Caching the audio for the character when they are selected. The message I am getting from Firefox developer console "Phaser.cached.isSoundDecoded: "name of file" not found in cache. I attached copy of the character selection file that is used to create and add the character animation and audio when the character is selected.

Maybe someone could point me in the correct direction.
