You absolutely need a way to restart the level after failing to meet the deadlines (I think, for example, after passing the first level you have to do it in 8 or less turns. If you fail that, you are stuck until you land the bottle)

 

Besides that, the game physics are way too chaotic to be enjoyable gameplay (but this is easily fixable I guess. tapping to the right should give a slight right bent and tapping to the left a slight bent to the left, etc)

 

Overall, cool game. I feel that right now the player doesn't really do anything (and all outcome seems to be kinda chaotic...) but your presentation is well done and consistent. You just need to refine the gameplay and give the players something to do.
