ShooterMG Posted January 3, 2014 Share Posted January 3, 2014 As a past Flixel user, I love the similarities between Flixel and Phaser. I was wondering, does Phaser have something similar to a FlxState? Since my current game is so small, I was thinking about only having one "state", then just laying different images on top of the main game state to represent the other states. For example, the "title screen" state is really just going to be an image and a play button layered on top of the game, which has been paused underneath. Does this make sense (the words i'm saying, not my logic!), and is this a good approach (my logic!)? Or did I miss the memo on this one?
