Great success story and first hand account on how to leverage HTML5's market reach back to platforms that monetize.  Congratulations to FRVR - even if I can't condone pesky programmatic ads ;)

There's 'Menu' button in the left top corner. It is not there when you run it for the first time and you see tutorial tips but shows up after couple of moves. There you can choose 'Download app' option.

The links do start to appear quite heavily after you've played the game a few times - so only advertise to users showing high signs of engagement. Just go sidebar > restart a bunch of times to see the ads ;)
