Phaser.Camera.LOCKON has choppy tweening.

I googled this, couldn't find any solution anywhere. The problem is that when i add Phaser.Camera.LOCKON with parameters of less than 1 (i have 0.3,0.3) to .follow() it makes all tweens choppy while moving around. Is there any solution for this?

// folow,Phaser.Camera.LOCKON,0.3,0.3)

// tweening positions
var tweenPlayer = that.add.tween(player){,,},0.05)
