It is a Phaser 2.8.8 quick start application that incorporates Webpack (ES6), and Cordova. It supports iOS and Android out of the box, along with all default Phaser supported web browsers. https://github.com/udia-software/phaser-cordova-es6 The code is on Github and is licensed under Apache V2.
