Phaser Blank White Screen

I am trying to create my first game with phaser but Im running into the issue of a blank white screen. I dont see any issue with my code and Im running a local server with wamp. Their isnt any errors in the console, but no matter what I change the code nothing will appear on the screen. Thank you for your help.

You loaded the image but didn't displayed it. game.load just loads image. It doesn't show it.
