PBR issue on Galaxy 8+ with alpha 12

found regression with alpha12 version (works well, on 10 and 11).

PBR metalines materials is almost black on galaxy 8+ with webgl 1.0

PG (dont know how to force webgl 1.0 in playground)

looks like light or env texture is not applied here.

could be some change in these components ?

Phone: Galaxy 8+

OS: Android 7.0

Browser: Chrome 67.0.3396.87

WebGl: 1.0
