1. Your site is terrible slow animating.

2. Who do you think you are to just put other peoples games on your website?

1. Thank you for your feedback! May I ask you what kind of device and browser are you using?

Dam, it's one of these guys again.... I guess we'll have to send in the dmca takedown notice.

2. We are extremely sorry if you have copyright issues! We add games from third-party game distributors with their permission. Please contact them if you find your games on our site and you think it should not be there. You can also directly contact us at [email protected] and request to remove your games. So if you think it is not fair to display them and if you wish we will remove them. (Note: Clay.io usually include their games with Licences For Sale into their public RSS game feed.) Thank you for your patience!

Webmasters can use iframe from SoftGames.com for free.

I think you should check your license agreement with SoftGames if you do not like it.

I would actually love if HTML5 games would go viral like Flash games does, that would make self-sponsoring possible.

Thank you for your nice feedback!

Yes, but we not only embed games from SoftGames. We also use clay.io's, GamePix's and TreSensa's public game feed service.

I definitely agree with you. That would be awesome! Our aim is to promote HTML5 games and make them as viral as it is possible.

There is a bug in Clay.io's feed that distributes your games even if you uncheck 'Allow 3rd party publishing'. I've contacted them about this but they did not respond. If we get more people to do the same, they'll have to do something!

I think Cay.io should change it to being off by default, as many developers are leaving it checked without realising, me included.

@SlamminSam - you're right, looks like those games were showing up in the JSON feed, which was a bad approach (because publishers wouldn't be able to tell if the developer had the rev-share option enabled from the feed alone). I've fixed this so the JSON feed doesn't show those games at all.

The games that are set to 'no' for rev-share distribution will still show in the list, but when the publisher goes to the revenue share tab, it lets them know it's not an option.

@Aegis, I also went ahead and made it more clear on the licensing page to disable rev-share publishing if that's something the developer doesn't want:

Regarding email responses - continue emailing me until I respond ;) Our support system isn't great right now (it consists of my email that's pretty overloaded) - we'll be on a better system soon. I'll also have some big announcements to post in the next week or two.

Sorry,

No worries, it's been resolved.
