Do sponsors still use iPhone 4 to test on?

I've made multiple HTML5 games which run absolutely beautifully on devices such as:

- Android phones and tablets (4.0+) Chrome Browser

- iPhone 5, iPad 2 and iPad 3

However I've tested not only my games but multiple HTML5 games made by others on my iPhone 4 and they get around 5-15FPS on average.

They run extremely slow.

Do sponsors still use the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S for testing? Or would that be considered obsolete now?

These phones still are very popular mobile devices.

Personally I'm optimizing my games for iphone 4. Trying to get at least 30 fps.
