Hi everyone,

I’m building PixelLicense, a platform designed to help HTML5 game developers get their games in front of small browser game portals, brands, and other potential buyers.

The idea is simple: instead of developers having to search for clients, negotiate manually, and guess whether a game will perform, PixelLicense lets interested buyers test games through a unique embed link, track basic performance data, and then license the games that actually work for their audience.

For developers, the risk is very low:

You do not have to pay anything upfront.
You do not have to give away ownership of your game.
You do not have to make the game exclusive unless you choose to.
You can keep selling or publishing your game elsewhere.
You choose the terms of your agreements, including pricing, duration, exclusivity, and other conditions.

PixelLicense is especially looking for existing HTML5/WebGL browser games that could be licensed, tested, customized, or monetized through small portals and campaign-based use cases.

	The platform can help provide:

Unique test links for each potential buyer

Basic analytics like plays, loads, average play time, and active domains

			Clear licensing terms

			Optional customization requests

A new channel to reach buyers without giving up your rights

This is still an early-stage project, so I’m currently looking for developers who would be open to testing the model with one or more existing games.

If you have HTML5 games available for licensing, distribution, or non-exclusive deals, I’d be happy to connect and explain the process.

	Thanks, Mauro. https://pixellicense.io/

Hi, I'm Cutler Cox. I am a junior in highschool who is looking for people to work with on the "Student Game Developers: Got Game?" competition by clay.io.

I am a beginning coder, so I am not going to be perfect, but I work hard to be the best I can be. I'm looking for an artist, but other roles are welcome because I would like this game to be polished and well thought out.

Most likely the project will be in phaser, but if I am unable to get it going on that, I'll go for impact.js because of the great available resources, and the competition gave me a free license.

Once again, all help is welcome, but there is no promise of pay for anyone. If we get the game is good and we put in ads, the revenue will be split between all the collaborators.

Thanks in advance!

Hello, I'm a web programmer with 3 years of experience (currently a senior developer). I've always been a fan of videogames and now I'm starting learning game development just for fun. Like in any type of development , you always face problems and learn of those. Sharing is the strongest tool to learn, you help other people to prevent/fix mistakes and they help you.

What am I looking for?: People like me that is learning to develop games and want to meet other people to make games with them, share experiences, ask&answer questions.

How will we organize? I have experience managing large Telegram groups and also creating bots for groups. It is a good starting point since most of the people always carry the phone everywhere and also has a web/desktop application, also Telegram offers us a direct communication without compromising your privacy (you don't need to give real info or phone number to the rest of the group). If we start growing, we can just move to another platform you want (Discord, Slack, whatever is of your preference).

Do you have any project scheduled? Yes, I want to build a fun roguelike, here is my current roadmap of the game:

I am an artist, can I join? Sure! I'm sure you can learn from us and we can learn from you, Keep in mind that sound artists, level designers, programmers.. work together and they need to understand all the other positions to work properly.

Of course this is a flexible diagram, I don't do this as my job and I don't have any deadlines, creating a roadmap just helps me with organization so I don't start wrongly (which with end even worse :P). Have in mind that my only goal is just learning, I'm not in a rush to make money or finding a job

Just feel free to contact me if you want to join or if you doesn't like something of my post.

Hello, everyone

I am presenting a project which will be a good contender to immersive navigation environment, but the immediate goal is a mindmapping tool.

Programmers skilled in 3d, dataminning, integrating big data, and others will be essencial to the development.

A challenge is here for programmers who dwell in visual thinking and make use of mindmaps and would like to improve them.

A challenge to build a 3d environment for mindmaping, with stunning compartmentalization and interaction, recursiveness, big data integration, and enhanced visualization.

I have a couple of ideas on how to proceed for a good base, and a couple of interconnected mindmaps I would gladly beta test on, and I'm sure if we share to the mindmaping community, new ideas and concepts will emerge to better a product that will be, ultimatelly, a dynamic tool for all sorts of navigation and interaction with data.

V2.0 will include a separate class which retrieves and catalogues your browser favorites, retrieves the tags from each, and draws the relations inspired by what was achieved here http://www.bestiario.org/research/videosphere/, then creating an interactive representation.

But that's for later...

I am a private individual, I don't have commercial interests in this endeavour, and am willing to share the ideas with people interested, and with the ability to do it, so I can see it come true.

I initially posted this before reading the guidelines, for which I apologize.

I want to make a 3D RPG. I already have the storyline planned out. I also already have a 3rd person camera set up in playcanvas, but since i'm not amazing at programming yet we can use whatever game engine the programmer wants. The RPG will have 4 characters, including the main character. It will have a lot of action elements and I want it to be very atmospheric. I also want the graphics to be low poly. With the programming I can try to help a little, but ill probably wont be of any use.

Thank you and i hope you want to join our team!

	Description ℹ

This is small but inspiring project. The benefits of this project is offering an overview of the entire application logic, easy native implementations (hybrid app), object structural. Thanks to Mr.Keestu i use (gl-program-structure) new version of glmatrix (2.0). Push&Pop matrix just like in opengles 1.1. Also can be downgraded to openGLES 1.1. webGL Lightweight library based on glmatrix engine. For multiplayer used webRTC done with io socket. Physics done with last version of cannon.js. I use free software Blender 2.90.1 for 3d Object mesh works. MatrixEngine is Blender frendly orientend lib. Also mixamo.com is great service used for creating my assets.

	Hey everyone!
My name is Adrian and I represent Legends of Learning - a platform for game based learning in schools, and a marketplace for game developers to earn revenue creating educational games. While Legends of Learning is an educational game company, we operate on the assumption that current educational games are not very good nor fun... and sometimes not even educational! Through an innovative marketplace of educational games, Legends of Learning teaches math and science to nearly 10 million students in over 30,000 schools (and growing fast). We are looking to work with passionate game developers interested in revenue share to build FUN games that also happen to teach.

Games on our platform usually consist of 10-15 minutes of gameplay to teach a specific academic topic, and developers have complete creative freedom (really!) in how that topic is taught (e.g. you can create a tower defense game to teach “Heat as Energy Transfer” or a match-3 style game to teach “Chemical Reactions in Cellular Respiration”). The median new game will earn $8-13k in 2022 (annually), with this number rising each successive year ($15k+ in 2023, $20k+ in 2024, etc.). The longer your game stays on the platform, the more you will earn, and some devs have multiple games on the platform so their total earnings can be much higher. You also retain game IP and can reuse existing assets from your previously made games provided that it makes sense in the context of an educational game for kids.

Whether you are an independent developer or part of a 100-person studio, we want to work with you. Unlike other platforms that only make a lucky few studios wealthy in a "winner take all" marketplace, Legend's innovative model provides significant and growing payouts to the MEDIAN developer, with great payouts for top developers. Does building games that matter sound interesting to you? Visit https://www.legendsoflearning.com/interested-game-developer/ and sign up at the bottom of the page or send me a message!

Hello we are looking to recruit members to a team for a game built with JS client and C#. The game is basically a virtual world where you can dress up your characters and explore the game to meet new friends from around the world. You will be able to decorator your own homes so you can invite other in games players over to chat & chill. The game will be called MyLife it will be easy to understand and to even play. More details about the game built can be asked privately if you're interested.

Atheios - the blockchain geared for gaming

You probably have heard about blockchain before. Bitcoin is one of its most well known cryptocoin and today considered a store of value with the current price of above 10k USD. All blockchains, when being distributed, are considered as an immutable ledger where information can be stored or contracts can be executed. This is where we think gaming as a use case is an interesting opportunity.

	Who are we?

We are not a company, we are a community driven blockchain. This is good for You as we do not drive our own agenda or economical goals. This means all code is open and on github (athofficial) and we will be developing the blockchain along with Your goals. We are Ethereum based, so You can develop contracts using solidity. We plan to develop the blockchain further as we believe we need to scale for gaming differently as Ethereum does.

	What do we offer?

We have a working blockchain and have a support team to help You integrate our blockchain into Your game. As an example You could use Atheios to make game play more interesting. Take a look at bloxxchain.atheios.org as an example of Atheios integration. We will work with several game developers and will make Your game visible in our social media and website as we want to build an ecosystem around Atheios.

	What do You get?

So beside potential exposure You will get an account (a blockchain address) with 1000 ATH to work and integrate with. This will allow You to get going. We have a thriving community of people to bounce questions and to get help. On the completion of the integration You will get an additional 9000 ATH as this will potentially enable You to make some events with special prices and create some attraction.

	What can we promise?

To be honest, this is a lot of new territories. But if we will succeed You will succeed and vice versa. This is why it is a collaboration. We will not promise You the moon, but if this idea gets traction You will be glad You have participated. And who knows, if the 10k ATH will be worth one day 10c each, maybe this has been a great starting offer.

	Interested?

The easiest is to join the Atheios discord https://discord.gg/6m9pewq and make Yourself known in the working groups under game-dev section, or just leave some comments here. So bring Your game idea, Your coding skills and let’s create something different.

	About Atheios

Atheios is a blockchain publicly traded on stocks exchange and on safe trade. Our crypto symbol is ATH.

Hi everyone! I'm a programmer with over the nine years of experience in IT. I want to try myself in a gamedev.

At the moment I explore processes and "touch" game engines. I decided to start with a simple game. I've already written a vision doc (you can find a playable demo there). I also started writing a design document, which contains lore descriptions, perks, level features etc., but it's format is not ready for the public release yet. I don't expect much income from this project (it's f2p btw), so the main goal is to "feel" the pipeline and to lead the project to a public release.

I'd like to start with the technology I already know: javascript and friends. We don't usually see games in steam made with JS (but we actually can develop this) and I know that this sector is mostly for hyper-casual-social games for facebook-like sites. But I think the development process itself with JS is mostly the same as with gamedev-oriented tools (except that I don't have a nice all-in-one environment, like Unity and others have). So as the starting point a plan to finish my first game in JS, then I want to continue with Godot or Unity.

I'm looking for a 2D artist (characters, surroundings) with the similar motivation and at least some experience for collaboration. As a growing professional you can hone your skills on preparing art for a games in different formats.

The post is relevant while the vision doc is available by the url.

PM me here or send me an email at alexlumperdev@gmail.com. It would be cool if you attach some of your works.

Hi all, my name is Leo and I'm an indie developer. I want to make a little game where you can edit a pixel and leave a little text on it. The total will be 1000 by 1000 pixels (a million pixels) It's kind of like the r/place that was created by reddit. I'm looking for someone to help me make
A scalable canvas for such a game. Specifically:
1) zoomable and pan canvas (work on mobile device too)
2) select pixel (and get pixel coord)

	3) select color in the window and paint over the pixel (optional)
4) three buttons (one to zoom in, one to zoom out, and one to go into paint mode)

I'm familiar with C++ and I wrote a couple of projects with it, but I'm not familiar with javascript (and frankly speaking, it's hard for me to write with it):

	codeopen

From this code you can see that I want the canvas to occupy the whole page, with fixed size (1000 by 1000 pixels strictly fixed)

As you may have noticed I have implemented the view class which I use for scaling. As far as I understand it, it is possible to implement a viewport class or something like that for the camera that looks at the canvas (I attached a picture for better understanding)

I don't want to use frameworks because I want to have full control over the code and what is written in it.

Maybe someone could help me make such a thing for free

	Very thx for you!

	Hey folks!

We can see Instant Games in Facebook Gaming, Paytm, Snapchat and WeChat, and we've decided to check out if it'll be interesting to see how so-called Early Adopters from the crowdfunding world will react.
So far, there was only one serious funding about this, of course in California. This means, quite some smart people did believe in it. Knock Knock has raised $4M, but we can't compare ourselves working after hours to the ecosystem Silicon Valley has. At least, for now

All the signs on the sky show that 5G will accelerate the development of Instant Games, aka. Games without Installation - that's how we named it. In the future, it might be the long-awaited competitive gaming channel for Apple & Google App Stores. With the campaign, we can ourselves familiar with the ecosystem, and when the technology will be mature we'll play more and more advanced games in such a way.

For our upcoming Kickstarter campaign (late draft: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/danieldanielecki/286175433?ref=d8ka5q&token=4c209538) we're looking for partnership within this HTML5 community, incl. on non-obligatory basis. It can be anything, don't hesitate to shout out with your offer, even if that's something really small.

We're using for our games Phaser as well as we'd love to advertise the HTML5 Game Devs Forum, where our remote team met (cc: @rich). In case you're working on some kind of games/platform, let us know.
