  1. What is the app ID of your game? I can look into it.
  2. @dataj I don't teach HTML5. I reply relevant Instant Games related questions. Good luck with your game though
  3. @dataj I already shared the documentation with you: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/games/instant-games/guides/ads-monetization See the "Preload the ad" section to preload the ad when the game starts. See the "Show the as" section to show the ad when the player loses. I am not sure you need to know more than that.
  4. @dataj, I am pretty sure you can find all the information in the documentation. Maybe you forgot to associate your game to your business? https://www.facebook.com/help/publisher/709041312624617/
  5. @dataj reading the documentation is a good starting point: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/games/instant-games/guides/ads-monetization If you use Tiny Unity it should not be too hard to implement.
  6. @sisko Don't write in bold, it is not nice to the eyes, Have you read our documentation? https://developers.facebook.com/docs/games/instant-games/guides/ads-monetization You cannot use Admob within Instant Games.
  7. @diepox I do not make Instant Games, I am just here to help
  8. Hi @otmane.brc, some of the game engines here do not require coding: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/games/instant-games/compatible-engines
  9. @diepox, you do not need a business to start making Instant Games. You will need a verified business when you want to get it reviewed and launched on the platform (meaning it is going to be discoverable). You also need a verified business to create bots and to monetize your game.
  10. Hi @bisushah, did you follow our documentation? https://developers.facebook.com/docs/games/instant-games/getting-started/ You should debug your game, you probably have an error somewhere (and it should show in the console).
  11. @b10b I do not know how it would be perceived by our policy team. I guess that as long as it is pure javascript, it might be OK.
  12. Just a reminder: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/games/instant-games/getting-started/launch-checklist#bot-checklist
  13. Hi @fredriksthlm You should be able to get the timezone through the usage of bots. That is the best you can get about location at the moment.
  14. @Veritos I do not have access to the link you shared. The image you attached in your original post is a click-to-play ad. More info here: https://www.facebook.com/fbgaminghome/developers/best-practices/discovery#playerAcquisition
  15. @Veritos Are you referring to this post? https://www.facebook.com/groups/instantgamedevelopers/permalink/938443039685189/ I think the information you are looking for is here: https://www.facebook.com/fbgaminghome/developers/best-practices/discovery#playerAcquisition
  16. To me it looks like it could be IAP related ("In App Purchases are supported on Android 6 and above." from here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/games/instant-games/guides/in-app-purchases) Do you have IAP in your game? If yes, are you using getSupportedAPIs to make sure the API is supported?
  17. @Shima_Max I don't have a strong recommendation for that. 30s seems a safe bet.
  18. Hi @Shima_Max This is evaluated by the platform. You should gracefully handle this error and wait a bit before trying to load another ad. It impacts only the current user.
  19. @Shahdee What do you use to play audio files? We recommend using the Web Audio API as it should work fine with the mute switch on Apple devices.
  20. @Shima_Max Unfortunately, I do not think there is any publicly available documentation for that at the moment.
  21. @Shima_Max I escalated your feedback to our product team already. Thanks for reporting.
  22. @Shima_Max I believe just removing localizations: { en_US: 'US text', } from your first message should work though.
