World space normal maps

If I'm not mistaken, Babylon currently supports tangent space normal maps.  Is there any chance Babylon could support object space normal maps as well?

I'm currently generating object space normals along with mesh quads and tiles within my diffuse texture.  If I could just drop my object space normals in texture tiles as well, life would be peachy.
