[WIP] NUNS with GUNS (NwG)

Recommended Posts

Currently working on my first bullet hell game, using Phaser CE.  Been prototyping some new weapons and mechanics lately, have been posting a lot of updates in other channels.  See main site: nunguns.com.

A description of the game-to-be:

Nuns with Guns is a gothic, dungeon-crawler-bullet-hell that celebrates blowing away evil monsters with extreme prejudice (in order to rescue wee orphan children from demons). Eventually, our hero will blast her way through 8 stages of cartoon-y gore and violence in order to rescue her retinue of kids--recently kidnapped from St. Germane's school for the innocent.

While there is a playable prototype, and hoping to test gameplay by end of March CY19, a lot more work will yet to go into the coding and level creation. We are looking for early support (mainly to pay for art), please see more info at our patreon page.

Some very-early footage:

What about you remove that hideous login-prompt at game.php and let us play the game? No offense but I thought this was quite obvious when you post something in the "Game Showcase" forum. I for one don't mind providing some feedback about the game, but to do so, I need to be able to play the game. 😛

If you want to skip the email signup then just go to /game.php, or just type something that looks like an email in the box.  yall are a little prickle-y this is not a finished game and not a big deal.  Feel free to ask questions nicely ha.

What about you learn to deal with feedback instead of calling everyone who has no positive feedback "prickle-y".. We take the effort of looking at your game entirely for free, we even take the effort to provide you with feedback (for free!) to help you improve your game. And what do we get as reward? Being called "prickle-y" because you sir, don't want to hear negative feedback. Well screw you. Is it too much asked to be grateful? :/
