[WIP] LowRezJam: Zombie Sniper - feedback welcome

Recommended Posts

I've been working on an entry for LowRezJam called Zombie Sniper.  You can play it here:

I've got a little more development left to do, particularly around optimising game object allocation, then I'm going to focus on making more artwork and adding audio effects.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Good work! I can actually imagine the zombie head exploded and fall to the ground when I shot them, smooth animation there despite the lack of resolution :)
Just have feedback about the control. I think it will be easier/more intuitive to use Up Arrow button to Zoom rather than Shift.

Great job, I had a lot of fun killing zombies before meeting my inevitable doom.

I had one small issue with the controls : when turning (pressing left for instance), if I shoot (space) while I keep pressing left, I stop turning. I have to release left and press it again.

Really nice, congratulations !

Thanks all - I will work on the controls a bit.

Up & down isn't very useful at the moment as all the zombies are at the same height currently, however I would like to add variation.  The original plan was to have crawling zombies too.

I may have zoom as a toggle rather than requiring you hold down the shift key – it was starting to hurt my hand after playing it a while :)
