good html 5 and javascript text to speech or speech api tutorial

 hi. a blind it student doing certificate iv programming from http://www.upskilled.edu.au. and using the jaws for windows screen reader from http://www.freedomscientific.com. and using windows 10 64 bit pro on a toshiba satellite pro c-50-a laptop. and got visual studio 2015 community edition. now. found a couple of tutorials. as a guide. doing a audio, based, web based space invaders game. now, doing a couple of tutorials to get my head around, and using java script, jquery, html 5. now. was wondering. what's the best accessible tutorial. and also , need a good html 5, havascript speech api, tried searching and there's seems to be no comprhensive tutorial on text to speech, and also would like some more human sounding voices. once, i have done the tutorial, could some one then take a look at the code, and tell me a better way to do things. and also have aria regions, to update the game, also multi player and play over the internet. any ideas. any one want to collabroate with me. not to do it, but to suggest options. need to hand this up as a final project for my course by december or on december 12. marvin from australia. ps: any good people here from asia, australia, new zealand, as a similar time zone.
