Hi, I’m Kelvin, a UK-based software developer with 17 years of experience, currently between roles. I’ve turned the experience into Kelvin Needs a Job, a live, browser-based pixel-art life simulation and portfolio. Visitors can explore Kelvin’s home, choose activities, watch Oscar the cat wander, change Kelvin’s clothes, pick music and leave a shared whiteboard note. I use AI tools extensively as part of my development workflow, and I’m continuing to expand the simulation toward a deeper game about getting through unemployment.
