Refresh sprite.texture of a Filter ?

Is there a way of updating the texture with the contents modified after applying a filter ? 

I mean, in the sinewave example the shader always has the same texture as input, how can i "give" to the shader (using the uniform  iChannel0) the updated texture ?

What i want to do is manipulate a texture based in it's already manipulated version.
