Transition numbers with BitmapText

Hi all,

I'm new to Phaser.io and in my game I use BitmapText.

I have this requirement of making the balances in the game to have a transition numbers upon an update and I wonder if it's possible at all in Phaser...

Just to make myself clearer, here is a link to what is "Transition numbers":

Any ideas?

I  guess I can take this example (http://jsfiddle.net/obysrnm2/) and tweak it to create all each number as BitmapText - but I wonder if there is a better structured way...
