Looping level - Mobile performance

Hi everyone :) 

I'm working on a little game for mobile with Phaser 2.4.7, and Typescript, for my training.
I compile a little testing game with Coccon, but i got strange performances.

My character is moving and jumping, with Arcade physic and body.velocity,, the background and the ground are moving by editing their x position in update.

I compared the mobile version with the pc version, and my character is moving as on PC, but the background and the ground are slower. I tried  with PhoneGap, other Coccon engines (webview, webiew+, canvas+), or moving background and ground by body.velocity, but it's still the same.
Is it mobile perfomance problem ? Thank you ! :)
