Scaling game objects in PHASER

Hi every body,

Could anyone explain why changing  PHASER.game.scale.setGameSize(960, 640)  to PHASER.game.scale.setGameSize(480, 320) resizes the canvas but but all sprites are still contains same size?

What I basically need is whenever I resize the game, all the game objects should scale up or down based on the sizing.
