demand for HTML5 game

I´ve got an idea and I need somebody who will be able to
implement it.

 

I am distributor of Gunnar optics (Gunnars.com) for Czech republic
(gunnars.cz). As long as my customers are mainly
gamers, I am trying my marketing activities to be focused on gaming. What I was
thinking about was that I would like to make a FB app for brand FB profile,
which will be based on HTML5 game (like wolf 3D) but with included scoreboard
and FB features for sharing the game and scores. I would market it as a
competition, the best player in month (or week) would get one of Gunnar product
as a price.

would it be possible? What are the licences, am I alowed to do
that? If it is possible, how expensive would it be?
