bobonthenet
I've seen this a lot in classic games. A group of balls chained together to form the neck, or tail of a larger enemy or even the entire body of a snake or worm creature. Does anyone have any examples or tutorials that show how to do this with Phaser? There are a bunch of examples of bosses that have this from Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. Tom Atom
Check this tutorial by Emanuele Feronato: http://www.emanueleferonato.com/2017/01/17/string-avoider-html5-game-updated-to-phaser-2-6-2/ Just make string segments of your snake body from sprites. I used similar approach for rainbow trail behind player in this game: https://www.gameeapp.com/game/yo9dVVzSRi
