Local position to world position

Hi everyone. I'm just wondering if there are any methods to convert between these value.

I'm having a planet rotating and when a meteor hit it, I'll add the meteor to the planet. The problem is that when adding the child to the planet, the position and scale of the meteor change. How can I keep these the same before adding? 

One more question. I currently build game for Instant game on facebook. Should I use phase 2 or upgrade to phaser 3?
