Maya Babylon.js exporter

I was trying out the Babylon.js Maya Exporter. I noticed that transform animation works but I can't seem to get skinned/skeleton/joint animation to work. When I export the file the skinned mesh is in the pose of whatever frame my timeline happens to be on. Am I doing something wrong or is this functionality not available yet? If it isn't, is it planned for future releases?

Thank you very much!

I gave it a try with a basic cylinder and 2 bones. That worked great. Then I tried it with a slightly more complex rig and I got  this error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" at the very end of the export with no other errors. I will do some more testing tonight and see if I can narrow down what is causing it.
