Sprite with alpha

Hi guys,

I have a tiny sprite placed in a png sized like the game, with alpha, so I only see my tiny sprite surrounded by blank space. It's done this way because I want to place it in (0, 0) and be displayed in it's original position.

So, I'm trying to place this sprites and they all go in the same place, center of the screen, like they are trimmed sprites. 

Any solution for this?
