Any method to fix Black Screen Video Replay?

I would like to ask is there any way to fix the black screen appearing whenever I replay the video in the Phaser Game.

It doesn't have that when I play it on first time but after I replay it again, a temporary black screen appear before the video animation.

Any idea how to fix it or go around it?
If there is no solution to resolve it, its fine as well.
