Data URI's loader

I am using the latest version of pixi spine but need to load an animation from a database where the json, atlas and png are data URI's. Is there an example of how this could be done.

 

PIXI.Assets.load(JSON DATA URI HERE).then((raptorAsset) => {
    ??? where add ATLAS and IMAGE
    const raptor = new Spine(raptorAsset.spineData);  
  });
