SamarkosGames
Hi HTML5 Game Devs! I’m the developer of Sudoku Omni from Samarkos Games. It’s a released Android Sudoku game with solo puzzles, Daily Challenges and nearby multiplayer. The multiplayer modes let friends in the same place duel one another, compete with 2–4 players, or use Co-op on a shared board. Each player uses their own Android device and joins the host by scanning a QR code. Solo play includes notes, hints and different themes. How it was built The game uses Vue 3 and TypeScript, with Pinia for state and Vite for the web build. The Sudoku board is rendered with HTML buttons and CSS, using Vue components. Rules, puzzle generation, solving, validation and scoring live in a shared pure TypeScript core, separate from the interface. The Android app packages the web build with Capacitor. Nearby connectivity is provided by Android native bridges using Google Nearby Connections. This keeps the web interface and puzzle logic separate from the device-specific transport. The linked download is the Android release. I’d appreciate feedback on two interface details: how readable the board and notes feel on a phone, and whether the multiplayer setup makes joining versus hosting clear. The attached images show a solo board and the multiplayer setup controls. Thanks for taking a look!
