Squize
Sorry, I promise these newbie questions will stop soon. So I'm using Groups as Playfields / Layers / Movieclips ( How ever you want to think of them ) and I'm looking for an addChild like call. At present I've got a simple sprite, e.g. this.logo= attractPlayField.create(100, 50, 'logo'); That's all good. But how would I add a child that was part of a spritesheet ? Also, how would I add a button ? Again, thanks for sticking with me as I go through the teething stage, it will stop I and I'll be able to give something back to the forum I promise Cheers, Squize. Squize
Looked through the source and figured it out, sorry about the wasted post. rich
For anyone else wondering its just group.add() Create is for making a new sprite at the same time, but for other classes or already existing sprites you use add.
Squize
Oops yeah, I should have actually posted the solution rather than just letting everyone know how stupid I was Squize.
