In our small experiment we decided to spice things up a bit by trying to keep the player engaged, frequently throwing lots of small choices and decisions to be made. It lasts for a mere five minutes if you don't rush through it but we tried to keep it structured so that players are always encouraged to go back to try and discover previously unexplored nodes and edges in the story graph.
