Phaser.Group#countLiving/Dead is off by one

Hi,

 

first off all: Thank you very much for this fantastic framework. Its very easy to get started and makes a lot of fun to use. Well done.

 

I've just encountered a small error: it seems to be that Phaser.Group#countLiving/Dead counts wrong (off by minus 1), because you initialize it with total = -1 as default for an empty container, but don't set it to total=0 when start counting.
