P2 Physics - static position, dynamic rotation

I'm making a pachinko style game and would like to create an obstacle which is a static object that will rotate about a pivot when it's collided with. I'm using P2 for the physics.

 

Does anyone know how to I could add this?

 

At the moment I am setting static to true for all obstacles, but I'd like to change it for some obstacles to make the environment a bit more dynamic.

 

Not sure how well I have described this so please do let me know if you need to know anything else.
