Issues with Drawing filled in arcs

As seen in the main phaser example for displaying arcs here, arcs do not display properly when filled. The arc should show 270 degrees but it shows less than that. Unfortunately there isn't a consistent pattern to the errors as with some values, like 180 degrees, work just fine. Is this a known issue with pixi.js or is it something else?
