Velocity Jitterness via WebGL Renderer

Found this nasty bug here: http://jsfiddle.net/Dillybob/q6vv8jo0/5/

It works fine if there is no rotation (or CANVAS renderer) -- But for some odd reason if there is a rotation to the sprite, and the renderer is WEBGL, the jitterness happens when moving. I reported it as a Github issue but not entirely sure if I even have isolated the right problem. Any takers? Thanks in advance! :)
