Mirror objects in babylonjs (like 3dsMax symmetry)

I have a requirement where I want to create an object in 3dsMax and (clone + mirror) it in babylonjs. An example can be of shoes where the designer can create one shoe, either left or right; babylonjs developer should be able to create the correct pair.

Is this possible? Or will I have to create both in 3dsMax?
