Scale game's contents to match the window size

I'm using Phaser.ScaleManager.RESIZE to make the game window match the browser window. The problem is that if the window is too large, it shows parts of the world I don't want it to show. I want all all game content to scale accordingly to the window size, so if I made the window small, the UI, player, and world would get small too to match the window and make the game look normal. How do I do this? 


I believe there was a post about this before but I can't seem to find it..
