SoPhased
I've been messing around with velocity and gravity but I can't seem to get a nice jump. Is there anything I'm missing? Heres an example of decent jump.
lloydevans
Very vague question, but I can assume you are using a physics engine for this.. Try playing with the mass of the object... Applying force within a physics engine is good for creating realistic looking motion but the kind of motion you see in most platformers is far from realistic. Here is a link to some Unity documentation which is relevant to this: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/class-CharacterController.html
samme
I would try high velocity, high gravity, no drag.
