You can simply upload your game, set a price and publish it for players to buy. Payments/payouts are handled automatically by Stripe so you don't have to worry about whether you're going to get paid or not or when your payment is going to arrive, everything is super transparent and predictable with live reports provided to you by Stripe in a clean dashboard. Additionally, you can always publish your game/app for free, if that's what you prefer.
