The game play in the paid game version has been made easier. You don't need to paddle around to catch a wave, and you can stand up as long as you are paddling forward. In this one you have to line up and catch the wave when it starts breaking. Play this one for free in your browser and if you like it, or are interested, there is much more in the Steam version, even two player, contests, and almost 20 surfbreaks, and a world of islands to explore. It's available on Mac or Pc. Has full controller support. By the way you can play two player on Steam with a friend that has steam account and is on your Steam friends list and only one of you needs to own the game. Cool huh?
